This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes how personal data collected through the MADE FOR. website is processed.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected through the Site is the company that operates the MADE FOR. brand. Full legal details (company name, registered office, VAT / tax number, PEC and any data protection officer) are to be completed and will be added once available. 2. Types of data collected
The Site collects personal data entered voluntarily by the user in the contact, quote request and custom sourcing forms: name, company, email, phone, delivery address and project details. It also collects cookie consent preferences. No navigation data is collected for analytics or marketing purposes without the relevant consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed to respond to quote and contact requests, to carry out contracts or pre-contractual measures at the user's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where relevant, to comply with legal obligations. Cookie consent preferences are processed on the basis of the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and the legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the Site.
4. Data retention
Data collected through the forms is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable record-keeping rules. Cookie consent preferences are kept until the six-month reassessment or the withdrawal of consent.
5. Data sharing
Personal data is accessible only to authorised personnel of the controller and, where necessary for service provision (e.g. logistics, production), to third parties acting as processors. No data is sold to third parties. No third-party analytics or marketing provider receives data without the relevant consent.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Where data is transferred to recipients outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place in accordance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other appropriate safeguards).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your data, as well as to request data portability and to withdraw any consent given. The contact and quote request forms on the Site (Contact page, Request a Quote and Custom Sourcing) provide access to this notice via a dedicated link. Cookie consent does not replace the notice or the legal basis for personal data collected through the forms.
